The MS100 II is a floor-mounted, heavy duty welder with a 100 kg (110 kg without spot harness) a 2,236 mm horizontal reach, 3,751 mm vertical reach, and ±0.07 mm repeatability. This robot is guaranteed to satisfy with its high-speeds, reduced profile, and proven integrated power and utility cable harness that ensures a reduced life cycle cost and increased cable life. The servo gun cables and air and water lines are routed through the upper arm and base of the robot to help expand the life of the cables, increase safety, and decrease the amount of time it takes to teach. The aforementioned slim profile make it perfect for high density spacing and an easy integration into SpotWorld workcell. The MS100 II has an expanded wrist motion range that improves application flexibility and helps to get rid of interference. The benefits don't stop there, there is up to 70% less power consumption during active periods when compared to previous models. Also, the MS100 II is 30% faster than traditional size spot welding robots. There is a digital interface to help provide simple wiring to spot timers and enables weld programming from the robot pendant.
