The FANUC P-250iA/15 is a full-sized painting robot with features designed to optimize painting automation. A hollow wrist and option two motors allow for improved efficiency and better spray coverage. The P250iA/15 RJ3iC painting robot can be operated at coating speeds up to 1500mm/sec. The outer arm is easily integrated with painting automation equipment. A large work envelope and multiple mounting options increase the versatility of this robot arm.
Options that increase the efficiency of the FANUC P 250iA/15 RJ3iC include an in-arm gear pump and color valves for improved fluid delivery. This P-250iA/15 painting robot is acceptable in Class I and II, Div. 1, Groups C, D, E, F, G environments and TIIS approved. The generous payload can cater to a wide selection of applicators including conventional and electrostatic air spray guns.
With a large work envelope and six axes of motion the P-250iA/15 is great with large or unusual work pieces.
