The FANUC P-155 painting robot is designed for paint finishing and hazardous environment applications. The high-speed wrist and user-friendly setup make this reliable robot ideal for general industrial painting and coating, automotive painting and surface finishing, sealing, and hazardous spray applications. The FANUC P-155 can handle tracking or stationary systems.
The large work envelope and flexible payload option allows the robot to operate in a wide range of painting environments. A low arm mass and rigid design allows precise positioning and high speeds. The FANUC P-155 is FM approved to operate in the harshest painting environments, including Class 1 and 2, Division 1, Groups C, D, E, F, and G. The FANUC P-155 can use the RJ2 or the RJ FANUC controller.
The maintenance required on the P-155 RJ2 painting robot is minimized by brushless AC servo motors, external access to lubrication points and sealed bearings and drives. A hollow joint construction encloses all cable routing to eliminate snagging and improve cleanliness.
There are also used FANUC P-155 robots available through RobotWorx. All used P-155 robots go through an intense refurbishment process and include the RobotWorx Value Package. Whether you buy new or used, you won't be disappointed with the FANUC P-155 RJ robot's capability of a 1200mm per second linear painting speed. Lower production costs and improved paint appearance are just two of the many benefits to implementing a new or used P-155.
