The Motoman CR3 Clean Robot is a six-axis, vertically-articulated robot made for cleanroom applications. The used Motoman CR3 is also available at RobotWorx. RobotWorx experts work hard and meticulously refurbish all of their robots and bring them back to like-new condition. The used Motoman CR3 will include the RobotWorx Value Package.
The new and used CR3 is Class 1 approved for the highest clean environmental conditions, according to Federal standards. It has a wide freedom of movement for handling work. With 6 degrees of freedom, this robot is able to handle workpieces in situations where 2- or 3- axis horizontal type robots would have difficulty.
The Motoman CR3 is built to handle a variety of handling applications in a clean environment. Nine cables for tool operation and three air lines (two for air supply and one for exhaust) run up to the wrist and are built-in to eliminate dust. Two internal solenoid valves also serve for tool operation.
The MOTOMAN CR3 has a high degree of freedom for handling wafer cassettes, hard disk cassettes, and small LCDs. The CR3 can use the JRC, MRC, or the XRC controllers.
