FANUC LR Mate 200i

The FANUC LR Mate 200i is a compact six-axis robot ideal for a variety of manufacturing and system processes. The LR Mate 200 tabletop design allows for use in a wide range of commercial and industrial applications, while saving floor space. The LR Mate 200i is engineered to provide maximum flexibility in a compact design. Hollow joint construction of the LR Mate 200i encloses all cable routing to eliminate snagging and absolute serial encoders eliminate the need for calibration at power-up. Upright or invert mounting positions are possible with no robot modifications. The LR Mate 200i can use either RJ2 RJ3 controllers. The FANUC LR Mate 200i has end effector connector built into the wrist, fail-safe brakes on axes 2 and 3, sealed bearings and drives, standard IP54 dust and liquid intrusion package. It also has an integral, internally mounted solenoid valve pack. Additionally, the 200i is capable of axis speeds up to 480 degrees per second.
